Men and women after #metoo / A new conversation
– toxic masculinity
– internalised misogyny
– castration
– slow motion dictatorship of the mind
– men need to find their balls

da Vagina / e pronto! está tudo explicado! / da sofisticação...
Mais aqui.
A vagina não é apenas um órgão sexual. É um mediador de um poderoso e importante neurotransmissor que é o cérebro feminino.
Barry Komisaruk and Beverly Whipple have a study that shows that if you stimulate different parts of a woman's vaginal walls or cervix or the G spot or the clitoris or the labia, it activates different parts of the brain, that are associated with different emotions and brain functions. [...] It turns out that the autonomic nervous system in women is highly correlated to arousal. More so than in men, so that women really do need to feel safe from 'bad stress', in order for that really important autonomic nervous system response that's so crucial for profound female sexual pleasure to take place. In other words, if there's 'bad stress', your autonomic nervous system won't as easily let your heart rate lift when some one's making love to you, or you won't start to sweat, you won't start to lubricate as much, your vaginal walls won't engorge with blood as much, clitoris labia won't engorge with blood as much. It's literally a direct effect whether you're emotionally stressed out and if you can get turned on or turned on really well.
Wolf suggested in 2003 that the ubiquity of Internet pornography tends
to enervate the sexual attraction of men toward typical real women. She
writes, "The onslaught of porn is responsible for deadening male libido
in relation to real women, and leading men to see fewer and fewer women
as 'porn-worthy.' Far from having to fend off porn-crazed young men,
young women are worrying that as mere flesh and blood, they can scarcely
get, let alone hold, their attention." Wolf advocates abstaining from
porn not on moral grounds, but because "greater supply of the stimulant
equals diminished capacity."
